1. You must be 21 years of age and have a credit card in your name to book the cabin.
2. No smoking inside cabin. Smoking permitted outside of cabin, because the cabin is located in the woods, we ask for safe disposal. Do Not Put Cigarette Waste On The Ground.
3. If you use the Black Stone, hot tub, washer & dryer we asked that you clean hem up when you are done. Call the business office if you need access to the washer & dryer.
4. Pet friendly, Limited to one dog with pet fee. This cabin is located in the woods and among wide life, we strongly recommend a collar and appropriate tie out to prevent harm to your pet. Our cabin is located in the woods but also off a seasonally busy road and a big highway is down the road from us. Your dog must be on a leash at all times when outside. If they get loose, you are in the woods and your pet will be at risk to Coyotes, Bobcats and all kinds of wildlife. We also have animals that live on site so for the safety of our animals and your dogs we ask you to abide this rule.
Pet Fee is $50 and covers one dog. We all Love our pets and because of this we want to allow you to bring them with you. All we are asking is respect the environment that you are sharing with others.
a. Clean up your dogs waste: we do not want guests stepping in it and getting is all over the deck, floor and furniture.
b. Do not allow the pets on the furniture or beds: the dog hair is very difficult to clean up and we have to pay the cleaning staff for the extra time it takes to clean up .
c. Do not put you Dog on the Hot Tub or Showers.
D. If you leave behind mud, sticks, dog waste and, dog hair, you will be charged an additional fee.
5. Disc Golfing- We offer unlimited Disc Golf Day and Night Disc Golfing Course. We ask that if you plan to use this feature to donate to help maintain the course and equipment. You can add a donation during your checkout flow under optional add on. Donations start at $5 and can go up from there. Please donate what you see fit. We also have a cash honor system if you would rather leave a cash donation onsite.
6. Pickleball – We offer unlimited access to our pickleball court. If you would like to make a small donation to enable us to maintain the court and player supplies that would be appreciated.
7. Basketball – We offer unlimited access to our basketball court. If you would like to make a small donation to enable us to maintain the court and player supplies that would be appreciated.
8. Firewood- You can add firewood to your stay under optional extras. We also have firewood onsite with an cash honor system if you need more during your stay. We asked that you do not bring firewood that has been purchased offsite due to risk of bugs, molds, etc.
9. No Commercial photography and filming allowed however we encourage you to take pictures for your enjoyment.
10. 4 Guests Max- Rates based on 2 person occupancy, additional persons add $25.00 per night. Only one bedroom will be availabe for payment for only 2 guests.

15. Deposit Policy- 100% at time of booking is due.
16. Cancelation Policy- If you cancel more than 30 days you will get a 90% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days you will get 50% back. If you cancel less than 15 days there will be no refund.

17. Loss of electricity, water, or other Acts of God or Nature that are outside of our control will not result in a refund. Please follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges. Cell phone service is limited.
18. Damages
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away. This includes damaged caused by pets.
19. If the county has issued a no burn ban, firepit will not be available during your stay.
20. Open fires permitted only in designated area only.
21. All trash to be placed in trash bins outside with lid secured
22. No Loud music or noise
23. Burning of Candles is strictly prohibited

26. No Fireworks
27. No use of ATVs or Recreational Vehicles, No Tents
28. Please be aware that you are going to stay in a cabin in the wilderness and it is likely you will see wildlife, bugs, spiders, etc.
Do not move firewood into Hocking County. It is illegal to move firewood out of Ohio Quarantined counties. Violators face up to $4000 fine.
Please DO NOT bring your own firewood. We have firewood available for you.
