Booking Requirements

• Guests must be 21 years of age and have a credit card in their name to book.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• Rates are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional guests are $25 per night.
• Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay.
• Holidays require a 3-night minimum stay.
• Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Smoking, Vaping & Safety

• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
• Smoking is permitted outside only. Please dispose of cigarette waste safely.
• Do not place cigarette waste on the ground.
• Burning candles is strictly prohibited.
• No loud music or excessive noise.

Pets

We are pet friendly and allow one dog with a $50 pet fee. Because the cabin is located in the woods and near wildlife, your dog must remain on a leash at all times when outside.

• Please clean up after your dog.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Pets are not allowed in the hot tub or showers.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for mud, sticks, dog waste, or excessive dog hair.

On-Site Amenities

• Please clean the Blackstone, hot tub, washer, and dryer after use.
• Call the business office if you need access to the washer and dryer.
• Disc golf, pickleball, and basketball are available for guest use.
• Donations are appreciated to help maintain the courts, course, and equipment.

Firewood & Fire Safety

• Firewood can be added to your stay under optional extras.
• Additional firewood may be available on-site through the cash honor system.
• Please do not bring outside firewood due to risks of bugs, mold, and invasive pests.
• Open fires are permitted only in the designated fire area.
• If the county issues a burn ban, the firepit will not be available.

Payments & Cancellations

• Deposit policy: 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
• More than 30 days before arrival: 90% refund.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.
• No cancellations or refunds are offered due to inclement weather.
• Refunds for communicable diseases or viruses are only offered if there is a full travel ban.

Property Rules

• No commercial photography or filming without approval.
• Events are allowed only with owner approval.
• All trash must be placed in outside bins with lids secured.
• No hunting.
• No shooting firearms.
• No fireworks.
• No ATVs, recreational vehicles, or tents.

Nature & Wildlife Notice

Please remember that you are staying in a cabin in the wilderness. It is likely you may see wildlife, bugs, spiders, and other natural elements during your stay.

Please do not move firewood into Hocking County or bring your own firewood. Firewood is available on-site for guest use.
