No smoking inside cabin. Smoking permitted outside of cabin, because the cabin is located in the woods, we ask for safe disposal. Do Not Put Cigarette Waste On The Ground.
Pet friendly, Limited to one dog per cabin with a pet fee. This cabin is located in the woods and among wide life, we strongly recommend a collar and appropriate tie out to prevent harm to your pet. Our cabin is located in the woods but also off a seasonally busy road and a big highway is down the road from us. Your dog must be on a leash at all times when outside. If they get loose, you are in the woods and your pet will be at risk to Coyotes, Bobcats and all kinds of wildlife. We also have animals that live on site so for the safety of our animals and your dogs we ask you to abide this rule.
Pet Fee is $50 and covers up to one dog.
There is one security camera at the entrance of each cabin with view of the driveway. Do not adjust, turn off or modify how it is setup. This camera is there to ensure your safety.
Disc Golfing- We offer unlimited Disc Golf Day and Night. We ask that if you plan to use this feature to donate to help maintain the course and equipment. You can add a donation during your checkout flow under optional add on. Donations start at $5 and can go up from there. Please donate what you see fit. We also have a cash honor system if you would rather leave a cash donation onsite.
Firewood- You can add firewood to your stay under optional extras. We also have firewood onsite with an cash honor system if you need more during your stay.

Deposit Policy- 100% at Booking and balance is due
Cancelation Policy- If you cancel more than 30 days you will get a 90% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days you will get 50% back. If you cancel less than 15 days there will be no refund.

Loss of electricity, water, or other Acts of God or Nature that are outside of our control will not result in a refund. Please follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges. Cell phone service is limited.
Damages
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away.
If the county has issued a no burn ban, firepit will not be available during your stay.

Please be aware that you are going to stay in a cabin in the wilderness and it is likely you will see wildlife, bugs, spiders, etc.
Do not move firewood into Hocking County. It is illegal to move firewood out of Ohio Quarantined counties. Violators face up to $4000 fine.
